Rhodri & Sioned walk us through the lead-up to their ‘Wedstival’
The wedding – Caernarfon, North Wales
We wanted our wedding to reflect our personalities and, as we like festivals, we decided to have a festival/party wedding. We had looked at a variety of different locations and layouts, however, when we came across the idea of a tipi wedding at Mynydd Ednyfed Country House Hotel, we immediately decided this was what we wanted. We came across Event In A Tent from doing some initial research and, after attending two open days and discussing our requirements with Matt and Niamh, their friendly approach and professional attitude made us decide that this was the company we wanted.
The tipis and equipment
Once we had decided on Event In A Tent as our tipi supplier, we quickly realised that not only did this particular company have a detailed and technical understanding of tipi construction and layouts in any location or condition, but that they offered all the services required to hold such an event. This was excellent for us as it reduced the work required in arranging the event and provided us with more time to concentrate on other aspects of the day. From the generators, to the lighting and furniture, Event In A Tent can cater for the requirements of, not only weddings, but any such event in a tent (excuse the pun). The equipment provided was of the highest quality, the appearance showed it was well-maintained and there was a good stock of items available, which was essential when our numbers increased over the months of arranging the event.
The service
The service provided by Event In A Tent was second to none. Not only were the staff very friendly, but I’m positive that their relaxed approach to their work helped to keep our nerves in check on the lead-up to the big day. They were extremely helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure that our day was excellent. Thank you, Event In A Tent!
