1. See the tents in action

Each of our tents has a its own unique feel. The stretch tents are flowing and give an amazing open feel to an event, whilst the tipis are quirky and rustic offering a boho feel. And then we have the timber geo-dome which still has the lovely rustic feel but with more of a clean edge to it.

2. Be one of the first to see the brand new dome tent

These are still on their first outings, so you would be amongst the first to see these giants in their full glory. With its clear front and clean cream cover, it’s something really spectacular to behold; well worth coming along to stand inside and visualise your event from the tranquil interior of the dome.

3. Meet us

Come along and meet the Event In A Tent team; we’re lovely, we promise. We run on a very ‘no pressure’ basis. Our aim is to listen to what you’re looking for and chat you through everything available to help make the planning process relaxed and enjoyable, so you can look forward to your big day with as little stress as possible.

4. See everything that’s on offer first hand

The tents will be dressed to impress. You will see, first hand, the furniture and decoration available; we will have everything from tables and chairs for sit down meals, to comfy sofas and fire pits for a cosy chill-out area. We’ll even bring along our hammock stand for something a bit different.

5. Visit Hawarden Pavilion

Take a walk around Hawarden’s grounds and pavilion; set in historic parkland, the 1920’s cricket pavilion now hosts weddings, parties and events. The pavilion has been renovated to become one of Wales’ most unusual event spaces and, with its two large event rooms, fully-equipped kitchen, bar and spectacular views, we can see why.

6. Nibble your way around on canapés, teas and coffees

There will be tasty canapés, teas and coffees on offer throughout the open days to enjoy as you peruse the tents.

7. Meet Hawarden’s team

Hawarden’s lovely team will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have. The venue is a perfect wedding location so make the most of being there for the day.

8. Inspiration

What could be better than seeing everything set up? You’ll be able to see, first hand, a lot of the different furniture we have available, as well as the little extras that make an event really stand out, such as fairy lights, chandeliers, walkways and festoon lighting.

After many years of supplying tents to every kind of event imaginable, we have gathered a lot of contacts for suppliers, from florists to caterers and everything in between.
