How Custom Tent Hire Transformed Our Clients Presence at The Game Fair

The Game Fair is a highlight in the UK calendar, an annual celebration that brings together enthusiasts of country pursuits and the great British countryside. Each year, this event finds its home on a different grand countryside estate, creating a unique atmosphere that reflects the character of its surroundings. This year, The Game Fair was held at the historic and picturesque Blenheim Palace in the heart of the Cotswolds.

Among the many prestigious exhibitors at this year’s event was our client, E.J. Churchill. Renowned for their award-winning clay pigeon shooting grounds, E.J. Churchill is also a distinguished name in gun making, country clothing, and hosting exceptional events and entertainment. Given their reputation, it was no surprise that they wanted to make a memorable impression at The Game Fair.

Last year, E.J. Churchill turned to Event in a Tent for an innovative solution to house their exhibition at the Game Fair hosted at Ragley Hall. We provided them with our 10m Quad Domes, which proved to be a striking success. The eye-catching design of the structure not only attracted a great deal of attention but also complemented the elegant, countryside aesthetic of the event. Pleased with the impact, E.J. Churchill decided to enhance their setup this year with an even more impressive configuration.

For this year’s Game Fair at Blenheim Palace, E.J. Churchill was allocated a spacious 27x15m exhibition area. They opted for a bold and visually stunning approach by combining two of our Quad Domes to create a 20x10m structure, serving as the main exhibition space. They then added two 5.5m Nimbus tipis, which were transformed into a VIP area. Inside, guests were treated to a luxurious experience with a fully-stocked bar, a food truck, whiskey barrels repurposed as stools and comfortable sofa seating—perfect for relaxing and socialising.

The rest of the exhibition space was carefully curated to enhance the overall ambiance. Beautifully arranged trees added a touch of natural elegance, while the front entrance was adorned with sleek Bentley Bentaygas, making a bold statement as visitors arrived.

The event was an overwhelming success and our client is already in the planning stages for next year’s event. With such a strong presence this year, we can only wonder what innovative and stunning structure E.J. Churchill will unveil at their exhibition next year.
